Zuriick
It seems like Salt Lake City can offer surpising coolness in the midst of the most conservative state of the Union: Zuriick has us drooling over its latest collection of sneaks, a simple line with vibrant colors and easy-to-appreciate details.
The Jack Jack is urban cool to the core, a tri-color laced mid-top with velcro straps. Try to keep the hipsters away from this one! We personally prefer the Marvin Black, a simpler, laced black sneaker with a purple sole.
Their basic slip-on shoe (glorified by Williamsburg’s special kind) somehow feels a lot more comfortable than Vans, and comes in a variety of color combinations without the garrish designs that flood the marketplace. We love the charcoal model with blue rubber sole.
The pricing is unbeatable. Let’s just assume it’s the Salt Lake City effect and stock up!
Social currency: Zuriick could be the next Vans, and wouldn’t you be glad to already own a few pairs?
